Buckthorn – a miracle from Siberia

Our extraordinary collection of flavored honey wouldn’t be complete without buckthorn in honey. Perhaps you’ve never heard of buckthorn? It’s quite a pretty plant to look at. It is called „a miracle from Siberia“ or „the lemon tree of the North“ in Russia. We have added 5 % of buckthorn to the honey. For an adult, a teaspoon a day is sufficient, for a child half of that. Buckthorn honey is not suitable for children under 3 years.
