„Schisandra is well known by many gardeners, it has different names, though. The plant is native to East Asia – in mountain areas, it is often used in place of tea. Schisandra is a subtropical vine. In Chinese medicine, it is called "the fruit of five flavors". In our honey, you’ll find 5 % of Schisandra, a relatively large amount. For that reason, not more than 2 teaspoons daily are recommended for adults. Only 1 teaspoon is recommended for children. Schisandra honey is not suitable for children under 3 years.“
