We have been producing our forest honey mead for ten years, following our own original recipe, which is very precise and contains no artificial colorings, flavors or preservatives. Since we do not flavour, refine or sweeten our product, the taste of our mead is exclusively based on the honey from which it was made.“
The forest honey mead has to mature 18 months at least
The taste of fermented mead is not quite as round and delicious. That is why we let our mead mature for at least a year and a half. The production of mead takes time, much like wine. And we give our mead time enough. We are always rewarded by a round, genuine and very special taste.
Each batch tastes a little different, depending on the taste of the honey from which it was made. Everything is always genuine, cold produced and made only with natural ingredients.
Great color and delicious taste
Our traditional mead, made from the popular forest honey, invites you to immediately open the bottle and taste it. Its unique beautiful color is a proof of correct composition and careful care during production and the subsequent maturing process.
Taste the mead slowly and enjoy the work of diligent bees, who had collected nectar and sweet juices, the basis of our quality drink that can be served in different ways.

You can enjoy our delicious mead from forest honey in four different ways:
- Mead can be enjoyed at a room temperature, thus it will warm you up nicely.
- When it is very cold outside, heat the mead to 50 °C and serve it warm in a cup.
- In summer, however, mead can be very refreshing. Either leave the bottle in the refrigerator and then serve the drink chilled, or...
- ...pour the desired amount of mead into a plastic bottle and place it into the freezer. The water contained in the mead freezes, but the alcohol remains liquid. The result is a drink that contains small pieces of ice and at the same time preserves an extraordinary taste of mead. It is an amazingly refreshing drink for a hot summer day.
