How and when will I receive my gift voucher?

We will send you the electronic gift voucher by email within 10 minutes of payment for your order. Once it “lands” in your e-mail, just print it out and donate.

If you cannot print the voucher yourself, order a printed voucher, which will be sent to you by post. We shall deliver it to you, as well as each order, as soon as possible.

Until when may I redeem the gift voucher?

The Gift e-vouchers are valid for 400 days from the date of issue, so they may be redeemed throughout the following year. This allows the recipient to choose when to use the voucher, depending on what they wish.
