How and when will I receive my gift voucher?
The Christmas gift voucher will be sent to you by email no later than the next working day after you order it. You can order it even on Christmas Eve, you just have to place the order by 3 p.m. Once it “lands” in your e-mail, just print it out and donate.
If you cannot print the voucher yourself, order a printed voucher, which will be sent to you by post. We shall deliver it to you, as well as each order, as soon as possible.
Until when may I redeem the gift voucher?
The gift vouchers are valid till 31.12.2024, so they may be redeemed throughout the following year. This allows the recipient to choose when to use the voucher, depending on what they wish.
