How and when will I receive my gift voucher?

We will send you the printed voucher by post or together with your order. We will deliver it as soon as possible, just like any other order.

If you want to print the voucher yourself or you need a last-minute gift, use an electronic voucher – we will deliver it to you by e-mail within 10 minutes of payment for your order. Once it “lands” in your e-mail, just print it out and give it as a gift.

Until when may I redeem the gift voucher?

The gift vouchers are valid till 31.12.2026, so they may be redeemed throughout the following year. This allows the recipient to choose when to use the voucher, depending on what they wish.
