How and when will I receive my gift voucher?
We shall send you the printed voucher by post. We shall deliver it, like any other order, as soon as possible.
If you want to print the voucher yourself or you need a last-minute gift, use an electronic voucher – we shall deliver it to you by e-mail no later than the next working day after you order it. You can order an electronic Christmas gift voucher even on Christmas Eve; you just have to make it by 3 p.m. Once it “lands” in your e-mail, just print it out and donate.
Until when may I redeem the gift voucher?
The gift vouchers are valid till 31.12.2024, so they may be redeemed throughout the following year. This allows the recipient to choose when to use the voucher, depending on what they wish.
