"Together with the family company Janova pec, we have baked a wonderful breakfast even for the most demanding and the hungriest gourmets. Gluten-free oatmeal sweetened with honey is perfectly complemented with dark chocolate, which works wonderfully with freeze-dried plums and bee pollen. This is a breakfast (or snack :-) to our taste: healthy and full of energy. And why bee pollen? It contains a unique combination of substances that infuses blood into the veins of our entire nature. It´s no coincidence that bees feed the whole hive with pollen."

Baking or crisping our honey muesli takes just long enough to make it beautifully crunchy and at the same time, the honey retains the maximum amount of its beneficial substances. And because pollen is more sensitive to temperature, we do not add it to the muesli until it is baked. You can be sure that you will not lose anything of its nutritional value.
