Ginger honey – a real tornado
„Everybody knows ginger, right? Originally a tropical plant, ginger is today a completely domesticated European plant. It is used to make teas and soft drinks, but is also a tasty cooking ingredient. Ginger has a slightly spicy flavor and an aromatic scent. 2% of our ginger honey is made of ground ginger root – although the root may not be as beautiful as the flower itself, it is literally a gift to humankind, concentrating in itself a number of effective and healthy substances. No wonder the healing powers of ginger are used as an ingredient in different healing substances. We recommend 2 teaspoons per day for adults, 1 teaspoon for children. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Mix if necessary.“
High-quality Czech bee honey

We use creamed honey in all our honey products with other ingredients. Making creamed honey is a technological process of mechanical mixing in which honey acquires delicate, mushy consistency. Honey processed this way does not crystallise, retains its pleasant consistency over the long term and is easy to work with - it remains soft, easy to scoop, easy to spread and yet does not trickle.
We also use creaming for the honey products with ingredients because the creamy consistency prevents the added ingredient from separating from the honey, and in the event that it does separate (this applies mainly to cocoa beans, which tend to float upwards), creamed honey can be easily stirred.
