Facial Tonic with Aloe Vera contains an amazing cosmetic ingredient – the multifunctional substance Fucocert. It is certainly nothing new in our cosmetics, we have already used it, for example, in Feelgood Cream for Youthful Skin, so you may also have experience with its effects. Why is this substance so effective?
- It soothes skin exposed to stressful external influences that cause its irritation and quickly restores a feeling of well-being.
- It supports the natural skin renewal process and also helps to strengthen the skin barrier.
- It effectively hydrates both the upper and deeper layers of the skin, helping to keep the skin supple and fresh.
- It stimulates Sirtuin-1, the youth protein, which promotes cell longevity and fights overall skin ageing.
- It increases the amount of collagen, which is engaged in the process of strengthening the skin structure.
Gently cleanses, soothes, and hydrates
Gentle natural surfactants ensure gentle cleansing of the skin. Thanks to its composition, the tonic has the ability to mix water with oil, owing to which it easily releases impurities from the skin. It also contains a rich proportion of soothing ingredients –Aloe Vera and calendula. Thanks to their combination with Fucocert and other active substances, the tonic contributes to effective soothing, moisturizing and toning of the skin. Like most of our cosmetic products, Facial Tonic with Aloe Vera, Honey and Propolis contains purely natural ingredients. Traditionally, it includes bee products, enriched with honey and propolis in this case. Both these ingredients give it many positive effects. For honey, besides quality, we traditionally focus on its Czech origin. In cosmetics, honey is mainly used for its moisturizing properties. Thanks to propolis, bees survive for ages –this resinous substance seals off any source of infection. We have been inspired by bees to use the power of propolis in our cosmetics.

Directions for use
Facial Tonic is intended for daily purifying and refreshing the skin. Apply the tonic to a cosmetic pad and gently cleanse the entire face and décolleté. We recommend using it in the morning and evening before applying face cream. Evening care should include complete removal of make-up and cleansing the skin with a facial cleansing gel or one of our face lotions, followed by purifying with this tonic. If the skin was thoroughly cleansed in the evening, then Facial Tonic may be used alone in the morning when time is short.

Propolis – a natural miracle
Propolis is a resinous substance with anti-inflammatory effects that destroys bacteria, bacilli and viruses. It is a rich mixture of bioactive substances, resin, essential oils, and pollen that bees collect from trees and plants. It has a very pleasant aroma and its colour changes with age. The oldest propolis is dark brown, the youngest propolis is greenish yellow. Each piece of propolis has also a slightly different composition since the bees do not weigh anything on apothecary balances. It contains about 50% resin mixture, 30% beeswax and 10% balms and essential oils.
Healthy and beautiful skin begins with a daily routine
Some of us indulge in the care of a beautician every month, for others, a visit to a beauty parlour is a rare event. Each such treatment will certainly help the skin to look better, but the most important thing is the daily routine. The overall appearance of the skin stands and falls with it. At the same time, well-cleansed skin better absorbs active substances from face creams or masks. For evening care, we recommend using Facial Cleansing Gel with Honey and Propolis, which perfectly removes all daily impurities and makeup, or you can use some of our skin lotions if they suit you. Then, before applying night cream, cleanse the skin with a skin tonic. Practically the same routine should follow in the morning after waking up. However, mornings are often hectic, so if you are really in a hurry, gently cleanse and wake up the skin with the tonic alone, and then you can apply day cream.
